Knitwear label, Cooperative Designs aesthetic is a graphic and modern celebration of knitwear, subverted with a mixture of traditional and experimental knitwear techniques to provide the ultimate in luxury, attention to detail and craftsmanship. Design duo Annalisa Dunn and Dorothee Hagemann, met at Central St. Martins in 2007 where they learnt to appreciate quality and quirk in an equal measure, putting in place the foundation on which to build a hugely successful career within the fashion industry.

Their work is exhibited through a combination of mixed media and staged catwalk shows at Milan & London Fashion Week. They have been supported by the British Fashion Council as part of New Generation sponsored by Topshop. Since February 2010 the designers have been presenting their collections on the Official London Schedule as part of London Fashion Week.

Cooperative Designs have assembled an impressive creative team around them; Vogue stylist Verity Parker works closely with the duo as creative director whilst celebrities Sienna Miller & Daisy Lowe champion their designs. Cooperative Designs have worked on numerous design projects and collaborations with leading brands Stefanel, Dolce e Gabbanna & Hussein Chalayan and in March 2011 the duo created a window installation as part of Milan Fashion Week for the Dolce e Gabbana concept store, Spiga2.
